Return Policy

Prior Authorization is required for all returns. All nondefective returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and be resalable as new. Returns to LaserGripDiscounters of nondefective merchandise before 25 days from the invoice date from LaserGripDiscounters to the purchaser are subject to 20% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. LaserGripDiscounters will not accept returns of nodefective merchandise after 25 days.
